Water Park Photography FAQ
How exactly does the process work?
Our photographers are located at all major waterslides, the wave pool, and the children’s areas seven days a week from opening day until closing day. Once their services are rendered, they will take a variety of photos of your group which will be ready to view later that day at one of our convenient locations. Your photographer will give you a "customer card" that will have your group's name, customer #, photographer's name, phone # and address to the studio, as well as a map to the studio where you can view and pick up your pictures. Our studios are strategically located at the park. Once in the studio you will be assisted by a customer service associate in the process of viewing and ordering your pictures. Sun Splash Photo offers a variety of photographic products that will be available within 24hrs of the time ordered.
What are your hours of operation?
Our studios are open from 9am until 7pm seven days a week. We are open on all holidays and on Sundays. NOTE: If you are leaving town early, or had your pictures taken the evening you are heading out of town, Sun Splash Photo will make every attempt to accommodate you and make sure you receive your photos before you leave. We are here to serve you!!
How do I find a Photographer?
Photographers will be located around the park every single day. They will be working hard photographing families all day long and their top priority is to find the families and groups requesting service. If you see one of our photographers with the brightly colored “photos" shorts, please feel free to call them over and ask questions. If you have a large group, we will be available to take appointments in the studio located at the park.
Can I make an appointment for daytime photos?
Absolutely!! When you have your group together and need a photographer, or want to plan a photo shoot in advance, just call or stop by and we will send a photographer there in a matter of minutes. As always all of our photo shoots will be taken today, ready today and require no sitting fee or obligation.
When can I view my pictures?
Generally, all pictures will be ready by 2pm the same day. If you are leaving town early, special modifications can be made to have your photos available earlier. If for some reason you can't make it in that night, we will hold all unclaimed pictures. You will be able to come to the studio to view them anytime during our hours of operation.
I no longer have my photo card. Can I still view my pictures?
Of course!! The best thing to do is come in to our studio and our friendly customer service associates will help you find your pictures and guide you through the ordering process.
Can I view my pictures on line?
We do offer an online ordering system but encourage all customers to come into the studio, in order to take advantage of all the services Sun Splash Photo offers. If interested in viewing pictures online click on the "view and order prints" link and you will be redirected.
